Instructions

  3. First Rise: Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap. Place it in a warm spot and allow the dough to rise for 1 to 1.5 hours, until it doubles in size, letting flavors develop and texture soften.
  4. Shape and Second Rise: Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Fold gently a few times to shape into a round loaf. Place it on parchment paper, cover, and let rise again for 30 to 45 minutes to create a light structure.
